My New Blog

Jim and I are are very excited to introduce a new subdivision in Glendale School District called Lightner Landing.  The developer/builder is a highly respected family that builds homes as if they were living there.  Their honesty and integrity surpasses all that I have worked with. 

MDP Properties has been developing commercially and residentially in Springfield and surrounding area for years.  They have learned the art of keeping costs down without compromising quality. 

Lightner Landing makes up 39 single family building sites, in a country setting only 5 minutes to Highway 65 from Division St.  The tall roof lines, brick and rock fronts, granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, combined with an affordable sale price make this an exciting opportunity to own a quality home in an area of town that is mostly made up of more expensive homes. 

We are still under construction, but framing on the first phase is almost complete.  I expect we'll have a finished product in June of 2008.
